Between fantastic customer service, to mailing us items we accidentally left in the store, they deserve far more than 5 stars. My wife and I walked in to buy a new watch strap for me and we left with far more, and a bit less, than we could’ve asked for. They were beyond helpful every step of the way!

My fiancé bought me a watch here, and was very excited to get it engraved, we told the young lady what my initials were, and when she changed the font, the machine reset, when it reset, she proceeded to put the wrong initials on the back of the watch And then told us oh well, sorry, nothing I can do. I will never buy anything here again, and every opportunity I have to let somebody know. About the miserable customer service, and lack of care and concern we received.

I recently visited this location a few days ago and Debbie was very helpful in resolving my issue. She greeted me when I walked in and was very warm and friendly. I am satisfied with her service and would go back to this location.

This place is Awesome. Lisa the store manager made our shopping experience just so wonderful that we definitely will be coming back again. The staff is exceptional and always willing to help. They also really stand behind their products, I know this because they told me to bring back an old watch of mine that died and was out of warranty. After opening it up and realizing that the battery inside was the problem because it had exploded, they gave me two options. 1) to send it away to see if it could be fixed or 2) give me a credit on buying a new watch. Well, I just finished buying my first smartwatch a few days ago from them so I couldn't resist taking them up on their offer and buying just another good looking standard watch again. The sale prices were spectacular and even better than buying them on Amazon or anywhere else for that matter. Well, to say that we recommend this place whole heartedly is an understatement. Next time you need a watch, purse, sunglasses or any other gift they also engrave for FREE (certain items excluded of course). Keep this store on the top of your shopping list if you are in or around the Miromar Outlets and you won't regret it we can assure you that.

We purchased a watch from another store for our 95-year-old mother. It would not fit properly and we could not find any one who would adjust the band for more than the watch was worth. Debbie at this Fossils Store was very helpful when we called. I took the watch in and she resized it properly at no charge. It was not an easy thing to do but she's stuck with it until it was done. So obviously their service is wonderful. I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else.

I had terrific service from Debbie and Lisa. Had a challenge with trying to operate my watch, and both of them are so patient and so kind and helped me so much. Truly impressed.

Be very careful at this store. Make sure you like it and you will keep it! The return policy is 90 days for unworn and unused merchandise. When you try to return something within 30 days unworn and unused, they flat out lie to you and tell you it’s scratched and argue with you and tell you that you scratched it. When I asked, please show me the scratches because the watch was never worn. Elvia grabs it out of my hand and refuses to show me the scratches (because in truth, there are no scratches). I ask for a manager she tells me she’s “one” of the managers. We go round and round. I was never shown a scratch on that watch after demanding that she show me a scratch. Bottom line she could not, and did not show me any such scratch! Why, because it was never worn, and it was barely removed from the box! Elvia Is a liar. My money was eventually and painfully refunded.

Amazing service. Got new watch for Christmas, band was too small. They helped me order links, AND gave me an extra band to wear till the links arrived. Good service is hard to find these days. Much appreciated and I will go here for all my watch needs.
