I had a disappointing experience at Francesca’s recently. I was browsing the store and saw a vest near the discount section. Just to be sure, I politely asked an older sales associate if the vest was part of the sale. Instead of simply answering, she was unexpectedly rude, as if I was bothering her just by asking. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Later, I checked the item online—and to my surprise, the vest was on discount. It was frustrating to realize not only was I misinformed, but I was treated poorly for even asking. I’ve always liked shopping at Francesca’s, but this experience really changed how I feel about returning to that location.

If you need Easter and or Spring dresses then this is the place to go for the cutest floral dresses. They also have rompers, jewelry, cute tumblers, handbags and a small but interesting discounted area to the back of the store. Fun fact… they always have an adorable bridal section all through the year at any location. Nice staff, well organized store!

Won't shop here, the fact I was looking for Christmas gifts and had intended on purchasing quiet a few items. However to be approached and told I'm not allowed to have my drink in there unless it's on the counter is ridiculous. I'm sure this is not a company policy and it's very off putting to customers.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Francesca’s. While browsing the store, I was humiliated by a mature staff worker who rudely reprimanded me for having a drink with me. What made this worse was that there were no signs or notices posted anywhere stating that beverages weren’t allowed.
Rather than addressing the issue politely or explaining any store policies, the employee’s tone was condescending and completely uncalled for. I felt embarrassed and unwelcome, which ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant shopping trip.
If a store has rules, they should make them clear and enforce them respectfully. Unfortunately, Francesca’s failed on both fronts. This experience has made me think twice about shopping here again.

Older lady was super rude, we went in 40 minutes before they closed and it was very obvious she wanted us to leave. I saw a few things I liked but didn’t feel comfortable trying them on so we just left. She is in the wrong business

I came to this place and old lady was very rude. First she came late and I just wanted to ask if they had a white dress since I was waiting like 30 min to open to make sure I didn’t have to waste my time. She just was very rude and did not let me finish talking and she said I will be late opening another 10 min. Horrible customer service I will not come back here never.

An older lady with grey hair was extremely rude.. and I see other reviews on her being nasty too. I brought a pair of sandals up to the register to ask if they had another pair in the back because the only ones in my size were very worn (I would have been fine if it was only the bottoms but these were weeks worth of being worn, indents in the heel and all) I let them know because I didn’t know they would even want something this bad on the shelves. She had such an attitude right off the bat and said “don’t get them then.. idk what to tell you”. Who chose to hire this lady to work in customer service, better yet why work in the industry with that attitude! I won’t be back to this store.

Went here for the first time while on vacation, shop had amazing deals and outfits and the cashier was so friendly I highly recommend!

i've been shopping at this store for about 3 years, they have a great size variety, and even a section for about 7-16 year olds, they also have an amazing selection of styles, totally recommend this place to every one!!!

I’m not sure who the lady was but she was older with gray hair and was SUPER RUDE. I had a return of jewelry and even with my receipt THEIR system wasn’t registering my receipt so they had to price adjust each piece which I understand can be annoying as I’m a manager in retail as well. However she had an attitude for no reason. I feel bad for any customer or employee who has to deal with her attitude because she was even a little rude to the associate. Her attitude was unnecessary and she needs to check her attitude!!

Marie helped me with my Autistic daughter to find a dress that fit( which is very difficult with her body type) She honestly worked with us in between other patrons for a complete hour.She went above and beyond anyone that has ever helped me in the past. We were Successful in finding a dress which made my daughter very happy! Thank You again Marie you are a wonderful person!!

Beautifully clean and tidy store! The store employee Melissa was so sweet and she was interacting with all customers in a genuine kind way. Made me feel like family and wanted to come back. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
