I moved to Florida three days before Hurricane Ian hit. Needless to say my initial experience was not how I had envisioned this move! I felt lost and struggled for months to get my bearings. Eventually my exploring took me to Fusion Yoga and Wellness. What I found was a place of peace for my battered soul. Yes, the teachers are all wonderful and the space is inviting, (the attached boutique is a find all on its own), but what really sets Fusion Yoga and Wellness apart is the positive vibe that radiates from the studio and all the people within. How could I not feel welcome and at home in a place such as this. If you are looking for a true yoga experience look no further.

I had a fabulous reflexology massage with Frederico. He applied just the perfect amount of pressure and seemed to know all the spots my body needed attention. This was perhaps the best massage I have ever had in my life. Highly recommend you give him a try.

The massage I received from Federico was superb! He is an intuitive healer - knowing when to bring on the deep tissue and when to be gentle. It was a nice combo between Swedish and Thai massage. Above all he is ethical and respectful which made me book him again. Federico is Fusion's best kept secret!!

I just took the Fusion Fundamental class with Gina. It was my first time taking the class. She is a great teacher. Right from the start, she focused on breathing as we move into our poses. That is how I originally learned to do yoga and many of the teachers today do not focus enough on it. I was really impressed. I liked the way she verbally explained to us how we should make the movements and she also demonstrated them. She took her time and did not rush us. The music was not too loud and it was instrumental. She also gave us various options of basic, intermediate, and advanced poses. I thoroughly enjoyed the class, and I will definitely be returning. In fact, I have enjoyed all of the Fusion Yoga experiences I have had.

I had my first private Yoga session with Gina yesterday. I am going on my 6th year with a Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD from an assault. I have been limited to two things a day for two hours a day and have short term memory problems. I could not believe the clarity and energy level I had after my session. Gina is so wonderful. She met me where I am. She already understood issues of my diagnosis and I am looking so forward to my future sessions I have booked. I have also attended a group Yoga session that was also great. I have had 2 hour long massages with Maily. She is highly skilled and very kind. She had helped my with pain reduction and range of motion increase , working on my rotator cuff injuries. Results have been wonderful. I will keep coming back!
