placed an order on-line and I was sent the items with one security check point still attached. When I called, the guy was so rude as if I stole the item. I don't have a Gap near me, So I bought a strong neodymium magnet on Amazon, and it removes these security check points with zero effort! . It should not have become my problem. But I fixed it. I am posting the review here because I cant get in touch with anyone of statis at The Gap Corp.

I purchased eight polos from this store and they ripped after the fist wash and I took them nine days later, three had ripped and the other ones because at this point I didn’t want these shirts due to their poor quality, and because I didn’t have a receipt they did not want to return the money. I didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t think I would have to return Polo shirts. They looked under the account that this was purchased on and they didn’t even have a record of my purchase. The manager did not make an exception to return without a receipt even when I showed him my bank account ok my phone app with the transaction, all I wanted was my money back or store credit so I could buy an even more expensive shirt, hoping it had better quality. The fabric of these shirts was terrible, old I’m assuming when they had holes on them after one wash.
Do not purchase form Polo, it’s expensive and just a brand name, not quality.
