I wanted to leave a review since the experience I had getting my car done at Gerber Collidion & Glass in Estero was so good! They got my car fixed much faster than I ever would have expected and they were so professional with every interaction. When I dropped my car off, I was going to walk home but when they heard that was my plan, they insisted that I let them take me home so I didn’t have to walk in the heat. Seriously great customer service and I will forever recommend this place to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Also the original quote they gave me was very close to the actual price after it was all said and done 👌. To top it off, my car looks even better than before the accident. Great work!

I got into a fender bender before having my new car even one week. Luckily insurance covered damages and a rental, which I didn’t even need very long thanks to Brenna Franco at Gerber Collision and Glass Estero who worked her magic and fixed my car in the same day. The stars definitely aligned for this to happen and I am extremely grateful! Sunil at the desk was also very welcoming and funny stating, “we didn’t even have time to miss you.” I also think the puzzle in the waiting area is a nice touch. Overall my experience was pretty incredible. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do they would be my top choice.

My advisor Brenna she’s amazing from the second my truck got in the shop. She was always on top of keeping me updated through every step of the way even though it took six months due to a part being out of stock, She was always updating me every two days. I couldn’t have gotten a better person to help me out. God forbid I get into another accident I would want Brenna to be my advisor again. I’m very happy with the treatment of the whole staff very attentive receptionists and skillful mechanics. My truck now looks like it was never involved in an accident. Thank you Brenna and thank you to the staff.

Refuse to return my car to me with out paying hundreds over the quoted price. They will hold your car hostage and refuse to return it without you agreeing to pay hundreds above the approved price. Don't trust the quote they provide. Horrible shop!!!

Told me my car was ready to pick up only for my 2019 civic lx to be missing a front driver side hubcap. They also took off the door edge guards on the side they worked on, which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Minor inconvenience but is something they could have told me about beforehand. In addition, they gave very minimal updates on my car. In fact, they only gave one during the process and a second one telling me my car was ready, which as i mentioned had a missing hubcap on pick up!!
