First of all, I wish I read all the bad reviews prior. That goes hand-in-hand with what the reviews say about bribing for five star-rating for free nail clippings. It makes perfect sense to me, they need to do that for good reviews. My story and thank goodness I did not trust them with my cat that day. Yesterday I was worried about my cat and called Grace and I was so happy that they said that I could do a drop off because I was at work and, they said that I could drop off the cat and then pick he cat up by 4:30. I made arrangements with my job to leave a little early so I could pick the cat up on time. (I am a provider myself and have my own patients) On my lunch break I went home and got my cat and I brought it to the vet and I told them that I wanted some bloodwork and an exam. I was planning on spending some money because I wanted to make sure my cat is OK because he lost some fur and threw up large fur ball, above anything else I was only concerned with my cat being okay! When I got there, they gave me an estimate of a lot of things not discussed and the total was $750. (I know that I would pay that if I went to the 24 hour emergency vet after midnight ) so basically if you drop your cat off, you're giving them the OK to do $750 worth of whatever they want without you being present and even before they see your pet! Wow! They told me to initial anywhere and they will call me if the price gets HIGHER , but of course I'm gonna read what they marked down. They added over 155 dollars just for the drop off fee which they didn't disclose to me over the phone and I was upset because I picked up the cat and went all the way there and even took time off of work. I wish they told me that prior. My cat might not even be sick and I just wanted to make sure everything was OK with the cat and I told them I would pay $750 but for something that is important for my pet, not a drop off fee for a few hours on top of everything they put down on the sheet . Again without even seeing my cat!!! Again wow! I would much rather bring my cat for a regular appointment. Here I thought they were helping me out. It shows you where their interest is $$$. Their prices are higher than the 4 offices close by. I only chose them because they said they could get me in. Well they lost another client. Reading all the negative reviews.. a lot. So much anger and hostility by clients and the vet response is terrible. And I do not recommend them to anyone. I told my experience to everyone I know and I have plenty of friends. I took my cat back home and I have a Saturday appointment at a nice place off corkscrew rd. My coworkers take their dogs there and are so happy with them. It's nice to know there are other places close by and that are open on Saturdays and won't take advantage. Never again this place I walked out, they made not a cent off me. Best decision. Grace Veterinary is our Vet and we have been clients for a year and 7 months. We have 3 pups and they are treated with kindness from the staff at the desk, to the techs and the doctors. They are spot on with their diagnosis as well as their treatment plans. We recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

I was in one of the most desperate situations with my 11 month old kitten, and Grace Veterinary Center in Estero got her right in to my surprise. Dr. Laura and her staff saved my kittens life, I 1000% trust Dr. Laura and I cannot even think them enough for coming to her rescue in the nick of time. They will forever be five stars in my book after today’s experience. my family and my kitten are so grateful to Grace veterinary Hospital!

Best staff around! Just recently moved and my Frenchie broke out in a rash and they were able to check him out right away. Super helpful with his paperwork as well.
