I went in and bought my wife a tennis bracelet for our wedding anniversary. They would only discount the purchase if I bought the warranty.
I said you guys are forcing me to buy the warranty since a $10 difference without it.
Then I said go ahead since it’s $10 more but I don’t want to put my information in so it doesn’t notify my wife. He assured me they do not send emails and she wouldn’t be notified.
Well, I gave my wife the tennis bracelet and she says “oh I was wondering what you bought, Helzberg emailed me twice saying you bought something and sending me a survey about your experience”.
All I wanted to do was purchase a bracelet and surprise my wife for our anniversary.
Thank you Helzberg sales tactics for ruining the surprise.

Today I met with a gentleman named Mark. He was one of the most sincere and engaged people I have met. You can tell he loves what he does. He was so caring towards our ignorance when it came to rings, diamonds, etc. We aren't from here, but when we fo buy our rings, I am making sure Mark gets the credit for it. Absolutely loved my experience!

Beautiful customer service. Went in to get my engagement ring fix on sept 29 and it was done by Sept 30. They didn’t take so long and they are amazing at what they do. I love everyone. I can’t wait to be back with my fiancé and pick our wedding band.
