The staff is normally friendly but the manager working when I came in on Saturday was quite abrasive. Harshly “friendly” and really demanding. There’s a way to talk to people and she needs to maybe take a refresher on that course. The cashier said her name might be Brittney but they weren’t sure.

If I could give this store -10 stars, I would. My girlfriend and I had an incredibly frustrating experience while shopping. When my girlfriend tried on clothes, an attendant named Ali said nothing about only one person being allowed in a stall at a time. Moments later, a so-called manager, Brittney, yelled at us for being in the stall together. Fair enough, but what was shocking was that we could see multiple stalls with two people in them, and Brittney didn’t say a word to them.
When I stepped out to address the situation, Ali’s attitude was unprofessional. I asked to speak to Brittney again, hoping for a better resolution. Instead, she offered a lackluster apology and failed to acknowledge the other people in the stalls, despite us clearly hearing them.
Things only got worse from there. As we were checking out, we overheard Brittney cursing at a customer and yelling across the sales floor. The whole experience felt discriminatory, and I left feeling targeted for being gay. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Ali needs to be reprimanded, and Brittney should not be managing anything. Avoid this store if you value respect and professionalism.

Fitting room absolutely disgusting. The shower curtain they use for privacy, was ripped and didn’t pull all the way closed. Looks like these girls never clean the rooms. Also, I asked a girl for help finding an item…..she didn’t even speak OR understand English!!! How is that possible? How did she even get a job? How can she help people? And then 10cents to put your clothes in a shopping bag? All together, ridiculous!

Longest wait ever for a fitting room. I also ordered an item online for same day pickup and then was told this item is not available in stores. Then why did you take my credit card?!! Literally never coming back

Great selection for girl,kid and women BUT Not so much for Men, no shoes and the prices were much more than I had thought, good store but not much on guys stuff

Not delivering bags and charging for them is terrifying, especially in large purchases. If you want to take care of the environment, make bags of ecological material. regrettable. He highlighted the very good treatment of the sellers.
