Good selection, staff were friendly if not overly attentive. Located near the movie theater and lots of parking options. Found a cashmere sweater on sale so very pleased with my new treasure!Great quality as always.

Love this Jcrew location. Staff is friendly and they have good customer recall. This location is larger than other Jcrews which is great because you'll find more new items. I always have a great experience when I come into the store even if I do not find anything I like at that moment. The staff gives you space to shop, but will check in on you to make sure you're having a good experience. If you enjoy shopping at Jcrew and you're in the Southwest Florida area, definitely checkout this location.

I had an fantastic experience shopping here largely thanks to Cassie's help. I walked away with some great clothes, savings, and even some excellent restaurant recommendations as I am new to the area. I plan on shopping here again thanks to my experience with Cassie.

Love the staff at this location. Was surprised by the mens' selection! Didn't expect to find much for my taste but they had an excellent selection that went beyond preppy clothing! Fantastic quality!
