Placed a curbside pickup still not ready , planned to pickup after an 8 hour shift but seems grabbing a needle and a bit of thread is a huge task. If your looking to do curbside just save the time and go inside yourself.

The manager, Carol- BEYOND rude!!! Simply ask her a question and her response was "the store is closed". Literally ask her name n she could not look up from her phone to even answer that!!! Now, Strawberry, our cashier- omg SUPER CUTE and very sweet. Go but not when Carol is working.

We went in the store at 5:45 pm to get a sewing needle. Input my name on the list to ask a simple question and never got called. I was approached by a very mean spirited lady named Carol (manager) who let us know the store was closed. All we wanted was to get a needle for a sewing machine. She never helped us when we went out ask her what her name was and she never looked up as she was on her phone. We looked at her name tag to find out it was Carol. I believe this is totally inappropriate for a manger to act this way. Her staff didn’t look happy either. This seems to be a reflection on her!!!!!!

Excellent location in a upscale shopping district. The store is clean and well light. Staffing is minimal.

Signs for items are misleading. Say that they are discounted but they are not. People are very rude.and don't act like they care if they help you or not. .

This is such a fancy Joanns compared to where I live by! Fancy check in to get your fabric cut, we don't have a self screen check in where I'm from. Probably the biggest joanns yet. Love the selection of fabrics!

I would like to comment on the superior service I received in the Estero, Florida store from Mari Kay in the fabric department. My neighbor, who just had knee replacement surgery, asked if I would go to Joann Fabric Estero store to pick up some materials that she needed to complete a quilt. I know NOTHING about sewing and sewing supplies and Mari Kay went out of her way to find me the material I needed. She searched through the current inventory and when not finding it, called the Naples and Ft. Myers stores. She worked with other customers while being on hold with the other stores (while they searched for the material). She was somehow disconnected from both stores and took the time to call back up and go through the entire process again. She was so helpful and I hope that somehow she is recognized. You don't find customer service like that anymore.

This organization, and this store in particular, stocks and sells witchcraft and satanic books; which are proudly displayed. I was deeply concerned after my shopping experience with young children last week. I called this store for clarification on their policy and practices today before I wrote this review. The woman I spoke to this morning acknowledged that all of the stores are corporately owned and she acknowledged that she stocks the bookshelves at this store. She admitted that Joann stocks their shelves with witchcraft and satanic books and admitted that they do not sell Christian books, that she "has noticed". Please, if you believe in anything other than witchcraft, spend your money elsewhere. I know I will.
