My sister and were visiting from out of town and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience! The associates and manager were so friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service!! We left with armloads of beautiful clothes for a very low price.

Small store but I still found two pairs of jeans to purchase. I used the outlet malls VIP coupon to boot?
And they sell Men's clothing too!
It looked like they had more men's inventory than women's.

Unfortunately I have to give one star! I've always enjoyed shopping here, but after today's experience, we will never spend a dollar here again.
Unfortunately, sometimes you can't choose the staff, I know that from my own experience, but I would chase this young would-be man out of my shop so that he can take his airs somewhere else and not take it out on the customers, who perhaps don't speak perfect English and other things actually just wanted to spend money with him! Sorry, but by rolling his eyes and saying "Oh my good" and being purely annoyed when you don't react the way he would like, this gentleman has no business selling, especially in an outlet that profits from tourists from all over the world!
I have never encountered such an behavior from a seller in the USA and I hope that these remain the exceptions!
