So much appreciation to Ed, who helped every step of the way so that we could have same-day delivery (arranged late in the day) of box spring right before arrival of guests. He was kind, efficient, and had a great can-do approach! Highly recommend.

My husband and I moved to Florida about two weeks ago...without a bed. Bold move, I know. But a mattress is one of those purchases that has to be just right; a very Goldilocks situation.
Thankfully, Alex saved us. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We tried several options, and he quickly dialed in to what we were looking for in a mattress. Alex truly knows his mattresses.
On top of that, Alex made sure our order was as fast as it could be, so we were not sleeping on the floor or an air mattress any longer than necessary, and he even included two complimentary pillows, great ones!
Excellent service, great experience, and we are finally sleeping comfortably again. I highly recommend working with Alex. Thank you!

I intended to continue shopping to City Mattress and Rooms to go. Dan my salesperson was so professional and supportive that I decided to just stick with him and buy from Mattress Firm. He genuinely cared about was right for me- quality, price, and most importantly comfort.
We need more “Dans” in the retail world.

No pressure sales person. Helped us pick out what we needed…. Added a few extra freebies. Delivery on our time table. Excellent communication with sales person to when they would be arriving. The company sent a video of expectations Jesus was great with setup. I didn’t have the head board yet. But he explained how to hook it up. Second time I’ve dealt with Mattress Firm.
I had too call and have them replace a motor/extension piece (elevated bed). They replaced the following day. Quick service.

Went in, explained what we wanted including price, laid on some beds. Herode was very nice and knowledgeable. He got us exactly what we wanted for less than we expected. Delivery and removal was quick and easy. Best experience buying a mattress we have had so far.
