I made this appt a day in advance, did the check in online, took photos of my insurance card as requested. I get into the room with the nurse and she said she cannot get the insurance to take! I have been here a couple times in the past, and used this same INS, and it has not changed in 3 years. She asked me to pay out of pocket $130, meanwhile my copay is $30! She didn’t even try to call the INS carrier to verify any info, very unhelpful! She seemed content to just let me walk away without any service! I will NEVER come back here again for this clinic! Unprofessional, lazy, or perhaps even incompetent!

Easily one of the least organized CVS pharmacy clinics I have ever seen. Long lines, unorganized check in system, and a very rude clinician.

Had a good visit here. My son experienced an ear infection while we were on vacation. Very helpful, fast and prescribed medication.

This location is never on time with appointments, i waited almost an hour after my scheduled time for the one doctor to call someone else back.

I’ve visited this location multiple times and the women are always so friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that if you don’t have an appointment that wait times will differ but if you have one they see you almost immediately.

Made an appointment for a flu shot. After explaining to the nurse we were here for our appointment on time and she was nowhere to be found, she told us we should come back another day. After telling her we have an appointment today and we need the shot today, she responded saying “you’ll get the shot if I give it to you” extremely unprofessional and reckless establishment. Will NEVER shop at CVS again.

Angie at the Minute clinic was so wonderful with my 4 year old daughter. She made her feel comfortable right away before getting the vaccine. Angie was personable, accommodating and professional.

Feeling bad, went to CVS minute clinic. The kiosk was not working well. When I tried to schedule an appointment it said nothing available. I asked the woman working & she said they were getting ready to close. It was 4:45 & on the website it had the hours until 5:30. She was not sympathetic. I am a nurse & went to the urgent care because use of hospital EDs are ridiculous. I will never shop at CVS again.

This place is so rude. Don’t even waste ur time. I will literally go to the ER before I ever go there again. Both the actual clinic and the pharmacy have huge attitudes and you can find many other places who won’t be burdened by you.

The nurse was on her phone during my visit and ended up not treating me or giving the me the antibiotics I needed. I went to Lee Convenient Care and they were so much more professional and caring. They gave me my antibiotics with no issues.

Chelsea and Deborah (@Estero clinic) were excellent, got me in a little earlier than my appointment (CVS really is no longer a "walk-in" clinic, so make an appointment), and out the door before my scheduled time happy with care. They are professional and courteous, listened, and gave great advice. For the one star reviews; your cold is 99% a virus, you don't need antibiotics, and yes, if you have COVID symptoms, such as a viral illness, during a pandemic, you should be tested negative first before going about spreading the disease all over.To the PHD "doctors", is it in medicine? No? Then allow the medical professionals to do their job well. This isn't a primary care provider, it's a clinic in a corner store, and surpassed my expectations for care and professionalism.

Forget about the old cold people used to get now everything is COVID.. You have a cough covid test, chest congestion covid test. Can’t see anyone to get antibiotics without a covid test. Next time I will say my finger hurts oh and while I am in here can I get some antibiotics

This place has a phone system of never ending prompts. Cant speak to anyone directly. Go with Med Express. They speak to you directly, triage over the phone, and provide better service.

I would t go to this minute clinic! Nurse doesn’t follow the guidelines of the questions asked when making appointment online. Called me while I was waiting in the store to say she wouldn’t see me. She was awful and rude to me when speaking to me. She wouldn’t listen to me and actually hung up on me!
