Terrible , sat in line 20 minutes while the employee was trying to sell the car in front of me extras .
All the cars including myself , turned around and left.
Went up the street and got a car wash .

Dear car wash-your sign asks”did we make you smile?” And you did-especially when the automatic teller machine asks if I want to leave a tip! When NOBODY touches your car. A human ( for some reason) hangs out at the teller machine-then another human guides on to the auto wash track-you want a tip for THAT?

The car wash machine ripped off my bumper and now they are denying my claim saying prior damage to bumper. Very upset and will be contacting an attorney. Also had to call over 5 times to even get through on the phone and when answered the woman literally said Hello like it’s her personal cell not an actual establishment.

This wash did not do a great job of cleaning the vehicle. Compared to other tunnel washs of the area they were a little more expensive. I would suggest trying a different wash than using Mister
