I stopped by around 8:00pm for the gas and saw the Chicken sign. Best Halal fried chicken in the town, cashiers also give me some free chicken.

Poor experience is the middle of the day. It’s not even 6 PM yet, I walk in with over $100 cash in my pocket looking to play a little lottery and have some fun but instead, the gentleman at the counter just repeats no lottery doesn’t give me any explanation just no lottery. So I explain, sir I have cash over $100 cash. I just wanna play a couple of scratch off games. If you don’t mind I prefer the crossword puzzles I know most of you don’t that’s OK…. All this gentleman tells me is no no lottery and then proceeds to lie to me about his boss didn’t enter them into the system…. Most of the tickets have already been halfway sold.. This gentleman has poor customer service that is 100% a fact

Charged for fuel that wasn't received. Will never return! :( Avoid at all cost ... GO ACROSS THE STREET TO WAWA where fuel is almost $.25/gallon cheaper and customer service rocks! ;)

UPDATE: I went back in April 20 25 and the bathroom was cleaner.
If you have ever visited India then you can re-experience those memories by attempting to use the bathrooms at this gas station. 9am in the morning and there is piss all over the floor and the pungent musk of urine.

No purchase, looking up prices wrong to lure you in, price on road 10 cents more on pump than road sign, needed approx 50 gallons of fuel for rv drove up road saved 20 cents more per gallon. Dislike false advertising

Cant you guys clean the bathroom maybe just spray bleach on the walls and floor so it doesn’t smell like urine in there. That’s disgusting. It’s embarrassing that this place is in our nice town of Estero.

$0.30 difference from advertised price and actual price. “W/ car wash” can’t be seen easily. Smelly restrooms with no soap.
