Exceptional service received from Mark. I went to every shoe store in the complex and my last stop was this store. Mark was not only very knowledgeable he acknowledged me when I came in and helped me find the right court shoes where the other stores did not.

They went way above to make sure I was happy. I wear a 4E and I’m not an easy fit. Most shoe stores tell me they stopped making wide width shoes…like people just don’t have wide feet anymore?

IDK. New balance is my fav shoe, but everything I find a shoe I like and fits perfect... It gets discontinued! Rats I hate that. I settled on a new pair and wore them once it hurts my feet. Bring back my 573 NOW!
