I ordered custom printing for spiral bound books and it was a disaster! The staff didn't check their results before giving it to me and I had to find the errors myself. I made 6 or 7 trips back to the store because of errors with my printing. They were short staffed and were handling other customer's requests at the counter so it took 2 weeks for me to finally get my print job completed. It was not the fault of the counter employee but the store manager 'Scott' pretended to be busy with other things and did not help out at the printing counter when there were five customers waiting.

Always 1 printer down (of 2) when I come in this Store.Ridiculous that a Store and Chain of this size does not have 3 or 4 machines I always have to wait 15-20 minutes to produce and print my flyers all the while 3 employees are doing nothing

Went in for someone to help me staple or add some spirals to papers that was supposed to be a chapbook for my school. And the job was done terrible, the white papers were so dirty because of his hands and at the end I just said to staple it because the first copy was cut and spiraled bad and I could’ve done it better myself if I had a big stapler.

2/8/23 the clerk was not interested in completing my transaction and chose instead to help his co- worker. Then another co worker walked up behind the counter and proceeded to spit a long stream of whatever into a trash can 2 feet from my face. It was disgusting.

They really need more employees! Bathroom was icky but the GM Scott was very helpful and a beast carried out chair out to the truck and opened my door for me!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this Office Depot, especially Scott. They were short handed, but he took the time to help me find a new chair for my home office. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable……..and he helped me find the perfect chair. I will recommend this location to everyone because of the service Scott provided.

Pricing is not listed or mixed up for several items. Many of the storage boxes I was looking at were broken. High prices. Had to ask for a bag to carry out my purchase of paper.... just going to Walmart next time.
