Received the worst customer service I ever received at a retail store. I tried to return a bracelet that I purchased that came apart I was told I could not exchange it for a new one. I also could not exchange a duplicate charm I received for Christmas and was told I could not do that either. Be careful when shopping there because the manager was very rude and should not be dealing with the public. I hope this review helps before another person goes there and get mis treated also. I hope someone from corporate reads these reviews because this stores employees need to learn their customer service skills all over again and learn how to treat their customers.

I specifically informed them I do not want a bracelet if it tarnishes. They informed me that they have a special coating that prevents tarnishing and that if it does I can return it. Well, of course, it turned very dark and tarnished, and looked ugly within a day of her wearing it, and they will not back their product. So, we’re stuck with the bracelet that my wife can’t wear.

Everyone in this store is extremely rude and unproffesional i feel so unsatisfied everytime i walk ln here and i feel discriminated with the way they treat me and approach me , very stuck up attitude and discriminative behavior, horrible people

Extremely rude and the managers are a waste of time I went in here trying to do a return and they did not help at all and the customer service is horrible please do not go here it will be a waste of your time . Truely horrible

I was at this store today, for the 4th time in a month. We have been purchasing graduation gifts, and Mother’s Day gifts. Our first encounter with the “Assistant Manager” Jess G was pleasant. However, the other times not so much. She acts nice when is convenient, but her attitude is very arrogant and obnoxious and disrespectful. She is not customer service trained, and doesn’t know how to handled stressful situations without getting defensive. I was there to pick up my daughter’s small order, and she refused to help since the order was not under my name. I understand store policies, however on prior pick ups an identification was not requested at the time order was picked up. She recognized me when I walked in, and even greeted me with a “welcome back” greeting. Since the order was under my daughter’s name, and she was not present; she refused to help or to offer other options. I told her if there were other ways for her to verify or identify me (my daughter was ok FaceTime the whole time), but Jess got very firm, defensive, and rude and stated there was nothing she could do. I was disappointed, and embarrassed by her behavior and walked away. I told her that her service was awful and unprofessional, and she immediately responded by saying to not come back to the store again. We have spent hundreds of dollars, within the last month at this store. Her behavior is very unethical. Please train your staff. An “assistant manager” should not have all of this bad reviews, and should not treat customers with such entitlement nor kicked us out as she owns the store. You will lose a lot of customers if this behavior is not rectified.

We drove to exchange a gift only to be turned away. We arrived at 7:08pm and where turned away. If your website says your business closes at 8pm and you have no signs up displaying your intentions to close earlier displays lack of care for your business and customers. The female individual wearing the leopard print shirt was defensive and aggressive to quickly dismiss us. Very disappointing for a loyal pandora customer. I will not be coming back to this establishment and recommend that you take your business elsewhere unless you are looking for a customer experience that is subpar.

Very disappointed in my experience, we have spent thousands of dollars over the years In the pandora stores on everything from rings to brackets etc. We have only ever had one issue with a bracelet we bought a little over a year ago. The clerk informed me that even though the bracelet damage is clearly a manufacturer defect(clasp broke while putting it on) that because there is only a one year warranty, there is nothing they can do. She gave me a consumer affairs number, but of course they are 9-5 M-F and don’t even have an option to leave a message. This is extremely poor customer service and it appears the company has no intention of standing behind their product. Very disappointed and we will not be buying another item from Pandora, again. Wish I could leave negative stars.

I am not one to complain about at store but this store takes the cake. I ordered something online and picked it up at this particular store. Well, to my surprise, they will not return it. I have to get in contact with customer service to return the charm. I spend a lot of money to be told no they are not return it online. This store always refuse returns,exchanges,or clean of any pandora jewelry if it's not bought directly from them. Promise this is the last time I will shop here.

I went in to return a necklace my husband purchased for me yesterday and the “asst mgr” Jess claimed there was crust on it in front of a packed store! Naturally I got offended and I asked to speak to mgr thats when she said I’m the assistant mgr and I will not refund this purchase when I left I said if you are in fact an asst mgr you need training and she kicked me out of the store again out loud in front of whole store! She said bye get out of my store bye and the mgr did nothing to stop her!!! Coming on here I see this is a usual behavior for that store and its a shame because we have spent hundreds of dollars there I regret ever giving that store my business as It seems like they don't care to train their staff on treating customers with respect! I have already sent emails and placed calls to corporate as well I’ve never been so humiliated in my life!

Walked in because my daughter wanted to get ideas on some charms she wanted for Christmas. Thalia was so helpful with us. We ended up buys some clips to help keep charms in place for now ,and she cleaned bracelet for us while we continued shopping. My daughters bracelet looks brand new. We appreciate the time she took with us even though we were "just looking". Great customer service.

Never go back to this store! I give to this store 0 stars terrible customer service and also liars ,bought a ring less than a month ago at the fort Myers location, 2 weeks later there was a small stone missing, I went back for warranty and the size wasn’t available, the lady at fort Myers told me to go at the one at cococonut point, I drove all the way down from Cape Coral to Estero, when I get there the manager give me a phone number where to call cause they don’t wanna do the warranty cause they were out of the budget for warranty that was the explanation that she gave me, is the first time off course that I heard that, I couldn’t believe the manager told me that such a lier, I never recommending this store again

I was sent away after I drove 30 minutes to drop off a bracelet because it was close to closing time. Rather than take it in and have me come back to pick it up another day, the manager just wanted me to leave and basically said so. She had no interest in serving the customer, just going home. I drove to Mercato where the took my bracelet and the staff explained it would be a few days before it was ready. Why could she not have done the same? I won’t return to that location.

Customer service was none. All the Pandora stores we have been in they usually bring out the tray so we can look, nope , what do you wanna see and then the one had no coloring on it but was like well. Won’t be going back to this store

My girlfriend loves the brand and has over 500+ invested in this bs, but you guys sell those rings and anything like they are made indestructible and that they dont fade or change color, well 2 months into having it the ring changes color we didn't want to go to the store because we know the excuses your employees always put like today selena tells my girlfriend that its her fault and she should had taken care of it? Im sorry what? When i got them your sales person said and I remember clearly, "This ring will never fail or change colors or if we have a problem pls bring it in" guess what the ring is black and most of the rings from you guys They are either missing a stone or fading and i really should had read the last reviews from like 3 months ago because they are not wrong ill rather pay up a jeweler and not waste so much money on fantasy jewels or if i really wanted to give her trash rings i would had consider paparazzi jewelry that i never seen one fade and thats a Chinese brand so i really think there is some work to put into how you talk to people there to return you guys jewelry that you guys always talk about lasting so much and this and that. The ring that you guys love to sell and up charge for yeah you tell me does it look a color? Need to do better with receiving a customer with a complaint because i can tell selena might love to sell the trash that you guys have in cases but she doesn't seem to be fair when checking a ring out and giving her reasonable opinion and instead says im at fault, i at ready know im at fault for making the mistake to buy from a store like these and with reviews with the same problem i have and now after many years selena says i need to take it off and put it in a box pls stop yall know damn well when yall sell this in order to get the customer hooked your sales people start saying oh it will last forever and so many lies that at this point really makes me want to make her give away anything from the brand and now she needs to take it off when getting it wet selena says? Oh but when she was trying it on yall start with ur techniques to get you to buy: "never changes color bla bla bla and a bunch of lies"
