I absolutely love the Customer Service at Pharmacy GO I speak with Jennifer, Olivia and Gabriel often and they are always so friendly and accommodating. I have officially moved all of my prescriptions to Pharmacy GO and will not use any other pharmacy! They provide excellent customer service and always do it with a smile. I highly recommend Pharmacy GO for all of your prescription needs.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Jennifer over the phone at PharmacyGo, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment she answered, her friendly and warm demeanor put me at ease.
Jennifer was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly addressed all of my questions regarding my prescriptions and available services. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my options without any confusion.
What impressed me most was how patient she was throughout the call. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided thoughtful answers, which made me feel valued as a customer. It's not often you encounter someone who genuinely cares about helping others like Jennifer does.

I just want to give pharmacy go a heads up on how great a job they do and it's such a pleasure to doing business with them dealing with CVS and Walgreens and those big box they just don't give me the personalized service like a pharmacy goes and the staff there so wonderful and want especially has been so helpful and making sure all my scripts are getting filled on a timely basis thank you, Steve

We have used them for over a year now and will not go anywhere else. I have multiple kids that each have multiple script and can get confusing at time. But every time I call they take the time to help understand them. Just the other day Jennifer spent around 20 minutes talking me thru what each kid script needed. Thank you all so much!

I recently moved to Fort Myers from the Florida Keys and had problems starting to transfer my prescriptions over and then I was introduced to Pharmacy Go and the pharmacist Kristi and the pharmacist Olivia who I started speaking to were extremely helpful getting all of my prescriptions transferred to Pharmacy Go Estero now I have dealt more with Olivia who has helped me in such a positive way answering all my questions coming up with an explanation of what I was concerned about and helping me. I speak to so many different members of the staff and they are all helpful kind and respectful but I have one employee that stands out to me. His name is Juan. He is a 10 star out of five stars. He’s absolutely excellent and to the point where when I called there, I asked if he’s busy and I can speak to him because he’s kind of giving me a concierge service where he takes the time to review my questions review my prescriptions see if the refills are ready to be filled as I am handicap and homebound so I don’t get out I have to have somebody pick my prescriptions up cause I’m in a wheelchair and I’m not currently driving when you’re not driving it and it can be depressing but hearing his voice he always cheers me up. He’s always very professional very very professional and kind and he won’t, let you hang up until he has all of your questions answered, which is in my opinion and excellent way to be part of a business so I would like to give my highest readings to Pharmacy Go Estero and if you ever need to question me about any additional comments please feel free to call me. My phone number is at the pharmacy And meanwhile, I thank you for making it much easier for me to get my prescriptions then dealing with the national brands which I don’t know if Pharmacy Go has other stores but I do know that it’s very hard to get the customer service at the CVS in Walgreens browser than the customer service the excellent customer service that you give Pharmacy Go so thank you very much. I hope this helps with any Questions about how I have enjoyed my seven months eight months here in Fort Myers and when you’re sick, you count on your prescriptions and does it help when they are outstandingly filled and giving me the opportunity to pick up or be mailed is excellent. I have one small negative comment and that’s that, the label that goes on the prescription bottle sometimes becomes messy and unreadable that it almost the colors almost get dark and I don’t have my medication’s exposed to anything not water not anything but it seems to be getting better since I mentioned it to 1 about four months ago, but that’s the only negative feedback I have so thank you so much for everything and I look forward to doing continued business with your group. The other pharmacist that I’ve had a good experience with Kristi, Olivia and Vladimir I think Vlad Butt 1 and all of the other employees that answer the phone I have not ever had one bad experience, not one single bad experience so thank you so much, Carol Welsh

Gisele was absolutely fabulous and helping me secure my compound medication so much earlier. Efficiency and kindness along with the compound pharmacist is really amazing.. would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

I’ve had countless issues with getting my medication from Walgreens or CVS. So glad my doctor recommended PharmacyGo ever since, I get my medication on time, and most importantly they have it available every month, also with the convenience of it being delivered to my home. Jennifer was such a sweetheart and very helpful when I called today to ask a question and I didn’t have to hold on the phone like other pharmacy’s make me do. As well as other Employees that are always very nice and helpful and always trying to make sure they answer any questions you might have or concerns. Definitely recommend!

PharmacyGo is hands down the best boutique pharmacy in Estero, if not all of SWFL! All of the staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Iris and Reigh. They both genuinely look to form connections with their customers and provide the most professional and positive experience. My prescriptions are always ready in time, I'm in and out with no long wait lines, and reminder texts are sent whenever I have a new prescription available for pickup. They make the whole process so easy, as it should be. Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service! Kind & caring. I had a prescription from my vet for my dog that was exorbitantly expensive at the vet's office. PharmacyGo took the time to speak with me and was able to compound the medication for less than 1/10th cost of the vet! It's even chicken pot pie flavored for my pup! My sincere gratitude to this pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in town always willing to work with you. professionals at vaccines my first Covid was done elsewhere and hurt like crazy but all my follow-ups were done here and never had an issue like the first one
