I visited the Miramar store and was greeted by Audi who was very helpful. I’ve been wanting to get a 14kt stud for my nose but have been reluctant because I was worried I would not be able to get the current one out of my nose and also worried that I would have issues putting the new one in. She offered to do it for me and she did an awesome job. I will definitely return to this store to purchase more earrings and most likely a new nose stud. It’s very refreshing to go somewhere these days and have great customer service, which I did with Audi.

Maura and Katie were amazing! I highly recommend them. They were extremely professional, took their time with us, and made us feel comfortable. If you are looking for a place to get pierced or need new jewelry, you should head over!

Made my 5 year old feel very comfortable, were able to pierce both ears at the same time. Welcomed us back for a check in, in 4-6 weeks.

Updated: Maura, Kari, Mike, and Marianna were amazing! I ended up getting 12 piercings around the same time. Not only were they all helpful but they also help pick out the perfect earring sets for both of my ears. I love them so much and appreciate their help. Life-changing. They are recently pierced, so I apologize if they don’t look the cleanest. :) Highly recommend.

I originally stopped by just to browse, but was warmly welcomed by Kati, who immediately made the experience exceptional. She not only helped me explore different pieces but also impressed me with her extensive knowledge and incredible eye for jewelry.
