My fiancée recently visited the Ford Quick Lane after I recommended it based on my own positive experiences. I own a new Ford F-150, and we were considering a Bronco for her in the near future. Unfortunately, her experience didn’t match the level of service I had hoped for.
She felt pressured into unnecessary upsells on tires, brakes, and other services that the vehicle simply didn’t need. On top of that, the final bill was almost double what she’d been quoted elsewhere, leaving her feeling pretty disappointed and wary about the service.
It’s a shame because we were hoping this visit would reinforce her interest in the Ford brand. Instead, it left us reconsidering and feeling like transparency and trust were lacking at this location. I hope they can improve on this going forward.

I called to see what they charge for an oil change for a 2023 Yukon Denali and was told to call a GMC dealer. What the heck?

I came in with a flat tire and the tire machine was down. The Service Supervisor Steve Larame went above and beyond to help and got a loaner car for me and ordered a new tire less than 5 minutes. I was able to pick up my daughter on time and the next day my car was ready. Thank you for taking care of me and getting me back on the road!

Always the best service. Never too long of a wait, and never a single issue out of the 10-15 times I’ve been there. I have also seen some completely irate people waiting, and the staff is always extremely professional at handling everything.

Drove over an hour yesterday arrived at quicklaneat 510pm for pil change. advertised closing is 530 but was told by Steve service advisor that they couldn't take me in because they were closing in 10 minutes or so. I bought my car from Coconut point Ford and have been loyal to them all along and told him that but he didn't really care he was more interested in getting done at 5:30. Be careful with these guys as they don't abide by their hours as advertised and should have a disclaimer that says you must arrive by a certain time to get service each day. Very frustrated and and unacceptable as this service advisor Steve could care less and just was more interested in getting closed up at 5:30 for some reason.

I had a battery issue on my truck on Saturday morning on 3/8:25 and went to Coconut Point Ford Quick Lane and Service Advisor Jorge Martinez quickly had a technician check my battery and decided it needed to be replaced and I was done with a new battery within one hour. Excellent Service and I like to thank Service Advisor and the Technician for getting my truck back on the road quickly.

The Quick in their name is laughable ive been sitting here for over 4 hours to get a new set of tires and even came as soon as they opened, never coming back again if this is the wait time absolutely ridiculous and it doesn’t help the people in the lobby are incredibly obnoxious

Good price so worth a little frustration. F250 Diesel. It took an hour and a half after they pulled it into the stall. Sat with the hood up for at 30 minutes with no one working on it. I know the oil part was complete as I saw them fill it. Had oil change and air filter change.
