Good experience at this location, with super helpful staff members. BOGO 50% OFF sale and other store coupons made our purchase even better. We got a Nike pair of shoes for my son and a pair of Pumas for me. We also found decent pairs of insoles for arch support. March 2023

Bought two pairs of shoes for my fiancé yesterday and was charged $95.83 THREE times do NOT shop here unless you want an eternal hell of making phone calls and getting nowhere trying to get YOUR money back, THANK YOU for taking $287 out of my bank for a 95 dollar purchase.

Returned the 1/2 off shoes that I purchased for my son since they didn’t fit. 1/2 off since I bought 2 pair at the original time of purchase. Employee ignorantly told me a new pair wouldn’t qualify for 1/2 off since I wasn’t purchasing 2 pair again. Googled the policy in the parking lot and she was incorrect.

Cerina she said that shes the manager I was going to buy some shoes at a certain price and when I was going to pay there was a price much higher and in my face she changed the price and proceded to yell at me that she was not gonna chnage the price infront of the whole costumers.VERY BAD SERVICE
