I had a very disappointing experience with Radiology Regional. I scheduled an MRI appointment two weeks in advance for a 10:00 am arrival. On the day of the appointment, while I was in the waiting room filling out paperwork, I received a call at 10:10 am from the scheduling service informing me that my appointment had been double-booked and was canceled.
I went to the front desk, and the staff confirmed that I would not be able to have my MRI done that day. When I asked to speak with a manager, she acknowledged that she had known about the issue since " first thing in the morning" but had not notified me. I expressed my frustration and asked why I wasn't given a courtesy call to avoid the inconvenience of showing up for a canceled appointment (I also took the morning off rom work). Her response was that "there are many moving parts," and she couldn't take the time to call.
While I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, the lack of accountability and complete disregard for my time was unacceptable. There was no apology, no true effort to make things right, and I left feeling extremely frustrated by their unprofessionalism. This was truly a surreal experience, and I hope others don’t have to go through the same.

Be sure to ask if fasting is a requirement before testing. I wasn't informed and had to reschedule for the following day. Otherwise, all went well.
