Slight misques during our visit. A single French fry on the middle of the main isle was not picked up till the end of our dinner.....light fixture at table was off until we asked about it, turns out the switch was not on. We were one of several tables. Overall, food and service was very good. We will be back, just some details need improved upon.

I had the shrimp and ribs they were excellent. The tea was really good and I don't like tartar sauce and found myself dunking my fries in it, it was very good. The service was great everyone said hi and bye as we left. If I'm going to rib city I'm making a trip to this one.

This is the epirome example of a bad restaurant in Southwest Florida during season (not sure it is any better out of season). The place was relatively empty at 7pm on a Monday night, but it took 10 minutes to get a table for one. Service after seating was not any better, I had to get up and go into the kitchen area to ask to order my meal. The food was microwave at best, I had the turkey dinner. There were thicker slices of turkey at Jersey Mikes- this meal at Rib City was packaged meat and canned beans and microwave baked potato.Getting my bill was another project, having to ask several people if I could just pay my bill. Ten min later my bill is paid.I don’t like to downgrade the SW restaurants, but this location should be avoided if you are expecting fair service and anything resembling fresh food.

When you try and give a restaurant a 4th chance and then give you attitude while doing so…. Never again with this place! Take it from the reviews.No wonder this place is dead, customer service is terrible. Little blonde manager really knows how to treat customers ?The ribs are bomb tho, just sucks the people here don’t care.

Food was good, but the brisket was really fatty and several pieces needed to be trimmed. Wait times for Sunday evening were very long (30 minutes) for 7 people (including kids).

Restaurant is a flighty mess dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. Food was sub par. Will not be going back.

Our server, David was the best. Our meals were wonderful. Be sure to stop in when you are in Estero. Near Miromar Outlets too!
