I contacted the salon on two separate occasions to schedule an appointment as a new client. Each time, my calls went to an automated system with no direct response from staff. Unfortunately, the salon has not followed up to arrange an appointment.

Salon Europa is, hands down, the best hair salon I've ever been to! I've moved several times in my adult life and been to many hair salons. Lisa, the owner, is extremely pleasant and an experienced stylist. She listens attentively to be sure she understands your desire for the perfect hair cut & color! I receive many compliments on my hair, thanks to Lisa! The Salon is nicely decorated and relaxing! You won't be disappointed!

Lisa might be fantastic but her partner in the salon does not know how to do color. While they were working on my hair and told them my hair is fragile they pulled out a huge amount of hair Not only that the color was all wrong . Seriously I don't know how you have 5 stars. I want to fly back home and have my hair done properly.

My prayers have been answered!! I stoped someone coming out of a tailor shop (ROSIE Taylor services the best !!) So happy I did ! my hair was terrible because I tried 4 salons in this area that were Yelp recommended and left so sad . I went to Lisa she is THE BEST colorist I've met in decades! I showed her a picture and she matched it with the color in one day ! I've heard everyone say it's a process- not Lisa she is awesome!! If I can give her 10 stars I would
