I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent transaction at your store, which left us disappointed with the level of customer service and inflexibility around an apparent pricing misunderstanding.
On 10.29.2024, my wife and I selected 2 items of clothing from your store. At the time of choosing them, we were under the impression that it was available at a better discounted price. However, upon making the payment, we noticed that the bill reflected a higher price, less discounted price. This discrepancy came to our attention immediately after the transaction, as we reviewed the receipt in front of the cashier.
Understanding the unexpected difference in price, we immediately expressed our concern to the cashier and requested either a refund or the opportunity to exchange the items for something else at a similar value. To our disappointment, the staff denied our request, citing that the store liquidates and that returns or exchanges were not allowed after payment had been completed.
While I understand the importance of store policies, I believe this situation merits an exception, as we discovered the misunderstanding and voiced it right after the transaction, without leaving the store premises. The transaction was completed based on a miscommunication or confusion regarding the different discounted prices, not out of any negligence on our part. Under these circumstances, I believe it would have been reasonable for the store to honor our request for a return or exchange, especially as we raised the issue promptly.
As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this experience and would appreciate a fair resolution . I kindly request a reconsideration of my case and either a refund or store credit for the item in question. I trust that Salt Life values customer satisfaction and will act swiftly to resolve this issue.

The store was very nice. The three people that worked were a little older. I am just as old as them and all they do is look like everybody is going to steal is supposed to feel comfortable going in store to me very uncomfortable.

My husband bought a shirt here a couple of months ago and loved it so we went back to find more.
The sales clerk was super friendly and very helpful.
Found some great shirts and they were having a good sale.

Middle aged cashier was rude when I asked for the free towel. The sign in the store stated if you spent over $75 you could pick one out. She blatantly said well they are all gone. I asked what are you doing to replace that and she said nothing that can happen. She then turned away from us as if we didn’t spend a 1.00. We paid $161.00 and was treated like second class citizens because we asked a simple question. She needs to take a class on customer service and at least put a smile on her face dealing with paying patrons.

It is a huge place, bigger than the entire center of Gral Roca, shops of everything you can think of, clothing, perfumes, sports, jewelry, glasses, etc. Great discounts, it is a great multi-brand and multi-object outlet
