The customer service was terrible, to many people on the floor and only one person at the register helping to two guest at the same time. She was deducted to one guest, The person assisting with matching my shade of a tinted moisturizer, she was friendly but too distracted 😕. On my birthday not a good experience.

great products and availability. although the associates make you feel like you are stealing by constantly hovering over you asking if you need anything. makes the shopping experience feel like you are being watched.

Jose was incredible to work with today! He helped me find all new products for a low maintenance girly who knows nothing about makeup. He was so kind and patient and I left feeling so confident with what was shown to me!

First time at Sephora & had an amazing experience!
Bunny was such great help! She helped me pick out a foundation and was trying different tones to help me find the perfect one. She made the experience very welcoming and was very patient with my baby as well. Great service

Currently in line with five people on the floor, waiting for new customers to come in the door. I asked if a second register could be opened and they milled around and then went back to standing. Great products poor customer service

Had an appointment scheduled a month ahead of time for a full face session for engagement photos. 7pm 2 days before I get a cancellation text. Unreliable and now trying to find somewhere else to go asap!! How Unprofessional.

I really like this location. It’s a huge store, and the store is very clean . Daniella always helps us, she’s sweet and knowledgeable. Sephora is so lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

Joyce treated me like royalty today. I came in with as no knowledge on anything and she took her time explaining, educating and showing me everything I needed. She made me feel so comfortable and confident, really amazing experience for women who feel lost in the makeup/skin care options

Your employee, Mel, truly went above and beyond today in helping me find my new favorite makeup products! I needed a new primer, foundation, concealer, setting powder, and makeup brush and was so helpful and a true asset to Sephora! I’ve always had good experiences at this location, but Mel’s enthusiasm and passion in helping me find the perfect products for my skin type is simply unmatched. I just did my makeup as I’m going out later and my make has never looked this amazing, and I’m so excited!

Took my 13 yr old daughter here. It's a Home Depot for women. Staff was very friendly. Go into coconut point on the Dillard's side off coconut road.
