I really like this location. It’s a huge store, and the store is very clean . Daniella always helps us, she’s sweet and knowledgeable. Sephora is so lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

Joyce treated me like royalty today. I came in with as no knowledge on anything and she took her time explaining, educating and showing me everything I needed. She made me feel so comfortable and confident, really amazing experience for women who feel lost in the makeup/skin care options

Not thrilled with the matching service I received today. Didn't want to wipe my old foundation off before trying a new color. Very strange, odd, and lazy. Never again.

Your employee, Mel, truly went above and beyond today in helping me find my new favorite makeup products! I needed a new primer, foundation, concealer, setting powder, and makeup brush and was so helpful and a true asset to Sephora! I’ve always had good experiences at this location, but Mel’s enthusiasm and passion in helping me find the perfect products for my skin type is simply unmatched. I just did my makeup as I’m going out later and my make has never looked this amazing, and I’m so excited!

Took my 13 yr old daughter here. It's a Home Depot for women. Staff was very friendly. Go into coconut point on the Dillard's side off coconut road.

Had such a wonderful experience here yesterday! Literally EVERYONE working in the store helped me. I was in for about an hour looking for the perfect shades of blush and foundation and every staff member went above and beyond to help me. Even the makeup artist that was working the register! Everyone was so kind, honest, and genuine.

One of the store associates was following and staring at my wife and I the whole time as if we were trying to steal from them. I had to let one of the cashiers know how uncomfortable that made us feel. Her reaction was priceless, “that’s how things work around here” she said. Terrible costumer service. Not going back there ever again.

Nice Sephora store. Not really very large but still a nice selection. Didn't receive help from staff but the cashier was very nice.

Sephora...Coconut Point (Estero, FL) - you're down to two strikes and it doesn't take a genius to know what happens if you make three. If you are going to offer a rewards program, you need to honor what your customers earn. Once again, I was not able to utilize my current rewards and this is the 2nd time this has happened. The register at check-out verified the above mentioned, and again the register would not apply the rewards which expires in less than 30-days. The gal checking me out said " many customers have experienced the same thing." I asked what steps were being taken to rectify the situation not just for me, but obviously your other customers who have experienced the same. The gal just shrugged her shoulders...not the best reaction to a customer service problem with your company's bank. Nearly a year ago I wasn't able to use my Sephora card. Nearly 10 calls later to customer service and being told there was a problem with my zip code and 5 times told a new card would be expedited...guess what it never arrived. Guess what...I have lived at the same zip code for which my card was sent! You truly have a customer experience issue...I'm willing to guess I'm not the only customer with similar frustrations. You're up to bat Sephora...what are you going to do? Swing again and hope you don't get that 3rd and final strike? Are you going to get your executives together....not for morning coffee and Danish, and put your customers first...and rectify the problems to maintain your customers? Sephora is not the only option...you have competition! I await a response from you however I'm not very optimistic. My frustrations should not be considered as the consequences for doing business. If that is your response...that would speak volumes! Get it together Sephora!

This place is amazing. Store is nice and well organized. Very knowledgeable personnel, young pretty lades. Very relaxing.
