We have a split king and bought new mattresses from City a couple years ago. They said our adjustable base was still good and we wouldn't be needing a new one. Last week one side stopped working. I called City and they scheduled a service call even though I didn't buy the base from them. Rene showed up and figured it was something simple. He fixed it and he was happy it was a simple fix. $45 service charge and we were good to go. City had a perfect opportunity to make a big deal out of it but did what businesses are supposed to do. Treat the customer honestly and make them happy. Thank you Rene and City Mattress. Great impression!

Karim was so helpful in setting up a service call for us. We bought our bed in Estero, Fl but recently moved to Indiana. We needed help with setting up our bed in our new location and he took care of everything! Well done!

Sleep Number has great beds and accessories (sheets etc.). We are on our third sleep number bed and love them.

Heartfelt interaction between me and the personnel at the store. My mother has a medical condition that requires her to have the back of the bed elevated. The staff went much further. We talked about life. We talked about family. This is precisely why we buy these beds. So people have the ability to enjoy life better. I appreciate my service from Sleep Number.

Darius was very informative about the different mattresses, frames, and other items. Darius was NOT the type of salesman who did not stay glued to every step. Explained how Sleep Number works. Explained how the warranty worked for up to 10 years.
We are going to invest in the purchase of the newest mattress in the next couple of weeks. Darius will be the salesman when we have everything all set for the new Sleep Number. Thank you, Darius, for your help.

Bought my bed there 10 yrs ago. Still as good as the day I bought it. I'm 260lbs and had to get a new mattress every couple years. Not any more.
