got what we needed, however had to go out of my way to ask for help and then felt like was being an inconvenience to the associates based on their reactions/facial expressions/etc. Not the best customer service.

The quality of the products maintains there softness and are pretty resilient to wear and tear over a long period of time, I generally feel like the items I have bought from Soma are worth the price.
