Tried the service for 1 day and returned it because there is very weak signal in my house. With a little misunderstanding now we have to pay for a service we never used. The lady said “we took care everything and you all set”, 2 months later we received a debt collector bill over 400$ (never got their bill before) we came back and asked them for the help and they couldn't do anything. they blame it on us for not cancel the service while the lady never mentioned it to us.

T-Mobile's customer service is never looked at like the inerds, but let me tell you. Everytime I go in I'm greeted and they always look out for the customer, informing them of deals or rewards that they can earn!

LEAVE T-MOBILE BEFORE YOU WASTE ANY MORE TIME AND MONEY!!Complete waste of time. Despite having already requested service directly from T-Mobile over a week ago I still had hope that someone in store would be able to help. Staff was lazy and not interested in giving me a real solution for my phone difficulties. They were more interested in talking about their diets and how to avoid drinking soda.Was waiting for a sign to switch to Verizon and here it is. Thanks Israel!

I am NOT a T-Mobile customer. I was helping two family members who had just had surgery switch service. I cannot applaud T-Mobile's phone customer service, and the fine help at a company store to help solve a porting problem. Person the store itself was in estero on tamiami drive. I hope everyone survived the hurricane. I cannot praise these two enough

The Estero Store has the absolute best customer service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This is the ONLY T-Mobile Store to do business with ( or you will regret it). It is beyond Excellent!
