“So the good is that this smoke shop has pretty good inventory or several items at a good price. Always a spot for me to get glass pieces etc.The location could be in a better spot I’m not too fond of the parking lot set up or the fact that it’s in such an odd location on boyscout.”

“Went in to get some incense but they had another high ticket item I’ve been looking to purchase online that was half off what the price was online. I asked about it and they gave me another 50$ off that price and gave me the incense I came in for, for free. Super helpful staff was also very knowledgeable about niche products and made sure to get me everything I needed and switched out small parts of the item with better pieces that were in the shelf all for free without me even asking. I’ll be returning here in the future for sure.”

I really like the fact it's a simple store and everything is easily accessible. Customer service is exceptional and the owner frank is always happy to help you out with what you may need. “Overall, this store offers very good prices and has a comprehensive selection of products. The service is excellent, and the quality of the items, including their range of Dominican and Nicaraguan cigars, is top-notch. However, the points system is a bit of a letdown. Requiring customers to open a PayPal account to receive points is confusing and inconvenient. I didn’t understand this system, and it detracted from an otherwise great shopping experience.”
