Heather, Jeff, Kacelyn, Maria, Yereni, all the managers of this location are excellent. Always attentive, kind, and welcoming. By far one of the best staffed stores in Miromar Outlets, and certainly compared to most other Tommy stores. Almost forgot, Aiden, also a great member of the team.

Aiden is the BEST!!!!!! We had a last minute special event last night… and once we got into the dressing room We realized we needed some help with designing an updated Wiil’s wardrobe Aidan was so kind and cool and well-versed beyond his years. Also as a new graduate and business entrepreneur, he helped Will get dressed for a success for the new job interviews next week. My son graduated high school at 17 and he wanted a Professional and casual vibe. Can’t thank him enough for his kindness and Professional advice, style charm, and hard work! I believe he’s THE NEXT CEO and I’m so excited for the next generation. If this is just a sparkle of what’s to come these young men are going to shine.
Bonus props to the two managers on staff that were wonderful to work with and make sure that he got the recognition he deserved way to go leadership is the most important thing and mentorship is how the future will thrive! Bravo and brava to the staff Very nice thank you for being awesome!

There was a giant sign that said ENTIRE store 50% only to be told that the item I picked wasn’t 50% off that there were exclusions if there is exclusions then it’s not the entire store. The staff was rude and very unprofessional about the situation giving no help or reason as to why this was I will never be back or give Tommy Hilfiger another dollar of my money as long as I live

Very disappointed. I got a pair of jeans from the 70% off rack. At the cashier I only got 50% off. They said a customer must have hung it in the wrong rack. I asked how I as a customer could have known it wasn't in the right rack. They said I couldn't have. They don't mark it as such. So check the prices if you are at the cashier. You might end up paying more than you expect and they don't compensate

Staff does not correspond to the Hilfiger brand. Cashier would have been better off staying at home for another 2 hours. Changing room dingy.

Watch out! Just bought some shorts and there have been several from the same design in different sizes, for 70% off. At the register they scanned it and it was just 50% off. Telling them about the mistake, the employees just said, sorry all of them have been misplaced? This is not the customers problem, and usually they should give it to the customer for 70% off and if this was a mistake just take all the others and remove them from that area. Bad Customer Service!
