I enjoyed the self help kiosk in the entry. Pack up your stuff in the free flat rate boxes, weigh, enter the address and pay without waiting in line.

What a disappointment with this USPS, I have an online business and I generally came here to deliver my packages that obviously everyone says fragile, the girl who received them from me was very kind, then she gave my packages to another man who was coming in at that moment and shot me abruptly my packages that said fragile to a box behind them, then all the broken packages arrive and then they do not want to take care of it, I do not recommend coming to this email unless you are not interested in your packages. last time in this USPS, I hope my packages do not arrive damaged, pure disasters

Leave voicemails to call back and then never answer the phone or allow you to leave a voicemail. Worst customer service in history. I wish I was allowed to choose another carrier for my shopping needs because you guys are just impossible.

Twice made no attempt to deliver a package that required signature, and came with a prefilled notice of not being able to deliver a package. I was by the door at both times, unless they expect me to wait by my mailbox at whenever they feel like dropping something off. Complete waste of taxpayer money

Hands down one of the rudest staffs I have ever encountered in my entire life. It all stems from the gentleman who must be the supervisor that occupies the middle registrar. Time and time again I have seen this passive and verbally aggressive poor excuse for a US employee, literally YELL at hard working people who can't always get to the post office until right before it closes get verbally abused, belittled, for taking up a few minutes of his precious time. I know karma will serve him up in the end, but if I have ever seen an individual ABUSE his powers and I have seen him make people cry. Seriously, people of Estero please go see for yourselves this individual (this is my guess on his info, not making fun of him bc that would make me just as bad a human as him. but he is probably in his late 60s, bald, close to if not over 300 lbs, 5 foot 8 in, Latino heritage. This individual doesn't deserve to work in this wonderful town. Thanks for listening!

They consistently cannot cash their own money orders. I don't understand how they can sell them if they can't cash them? Even $200 on an afternoon? This location needs administrative review.

This is the worst usps ever can’t deliver nothing right get everything messed up can’t even deliver one package right but leave a letter saying they try to deliver it but never came to my door to knock so I can sign for my delivery was waiting all day for a redeliver this is crazy how sorry of workers you have working delivering mail
