Has no way of looking up purchases without a receipt even though most stores do/can now. Between phone number, card, ID, email...there should be a way to look up a purchase without a paper receipt. Very outdated

I shopped yesterday, August 31st, and wanted to write a review to thank the associate that helped me by offering her suggestion of a cropped green linen jacket that matched a jumper that I was trying on. Love the outfit together! The staff was very friendly and provided great assistance. There are a lot of different styles of clothes to choose from and the store is neatly displayed with clean dressing rooms.

Great selection of modern styles. They regularly get new merchandise keeping things fresh. Full priced items are a little high, but sales are awesome!

Customer service is terrible it seems that they trained their employees in how to ignore the customer. I been several times an is being the same. People hanging out around the registers ignoring customers. I don’t know if is because they don’t like Latin to shop over there. They don’t realized that without customers there is not jobs . Zero stars is what you deserved because you didn’t make any effort to do your job.
