Me and my friends came had came in looking for a new corset top and bras and was greeted by the rudest employee ever. She told us we shouldn’t try on multiple things since once you try on one size and it fits all of it is going to fit she also said this with attitude. She said we couldn’t take more than one thing into the fitting room and followed us around the store commenting on my friends body saying “your bigger than that”. So rude!! We finally had enough and was putting everything away and she said “you’re not buying anything?” We told her no because we will not be giving our money to such a terrible store! We ended up taking our business to the coastland mall and bought the same items.

I am in disbelief by the way I was treated by the store manager here around 12:00 pm on 11/2/23. To start, I visited this location after going to Edison mall’s store (which is 10 minute from where I live) because I was taking advantage of the bogo perfume and $50 fleece set alongside the tote with a $100 purchase. While at Edison’s location at check out, I was told they were completely out of the tote bags which was a huge disappointment to me. I asked the associate what could be done and she turned to her other colleague at the register and he said I could take my receipt and items to another VS location and the process they could do is return the items and I’d repurchase from them to get the tote. I tried calling coconut point VS location multiple times before making the 30 minute drive , but the call would drop immediately after the automated message. So I went in person to the store in hopes to receive my tote. All the associates were very friendly upon entering and did their job correctly. When I greeted the manager and explained my issue she was SO rude and had a very cold look on her face. She immediately has rebuttals telling me “no that’s not right that store has totes we just started this promotion yesterday” and looked at my receipt and said “it’s because you didn’t spend $100 before taxes” which I corrected her, I spent $109 before taxes and it was on the receipt. Then she said no we can’t do it and was being extremely rude about the situation. There are nice ways to say no, and the way she was handling the situation, she was trying to be mean to me as if I did something wrong or was stupid. Then she said they could return my items but I wouldn’t be allowed to repurchase the fleece set because it wasn’t in their inventory yet. While returning my items, she contacted the Edison mall location and spoke to the manager there. As soon as she spoke to the manager, she was all smiles and had a very nice soft voice, unlike the tone she had while communicating with me. She then gestured to her employee to return everything and ring it up for me so I could get the tote. After getting off the phone with the manager, she said they had totes at Edison and she doesn’t know why they told me they don’t have them. It was almost as if she was trying to make it seem like I was lying. She also said they need to have enough totes for “her customers”. Excuse me but as soon as I step foot in the store and am purchasing items, I’m contributing to their sales numbers and am a customer at that point. I traveled 30 minutes to come into this store and I’m so disappointed with the company for allowing her to represent this store and handle customer issues. No matter what role you’re in, customer service should always be priority.

The store manager at this location is horrible. Everytime I go in she’s extremely rude. She has accused me of stealing multiple times and has been so unbelievably rude every time I have encountered her. Today , 11/2/23 I tried to return a top that was not worn. It had tags on it and I still had the receipt as I had bought it less than a week ago. She gave me a hard time returning this item and was again extremely rude. She told me I reeked of cigarettes and that she shouldn’t let me return it. She sat there sniffing the top with a disgusted look on her face. I told her again that the top was not worn and that I have health issues that won’t even allow me to smoke. I’ve never touched a cigarette a day in my life and she sat there still telling me how much I smell like cigarettes. Very unprofessional

The manager was absolutely awful. I was trying to exchange a bachelorette gift and the manager basically laughed in my face and told me that it was not a Victoria Secret item as I am standing there with the Victoria Secret receipt and boxing. This woman was completely unprofessional and was dressed in sweats instead of business professional. I will not be returning to this store.

Worse customer service !I went in for a Mother’s Day gift for my mother and every time l attempted to ask a question two different associates ignored me ! When l finally was able to ask the question she acted as if l was bothering her !!!

General Manager, Ingrid I think was her name, refused to allow me to return a bra I had purchased three days ago because I didn’t have tags. I am a retail employee who has worked at several clothing stores. Missing tags is never an issue when dealing with returns. If I had been missing my receipt, that would have been an issue, but I DID have my receipt. I was only missing the tags, but she wouldn’t even give me store credit. As a retail worker, I know for a fact that there should be no issue with returning an item that has clearly never been worn or washed without a tag. Called customer service and asked for verification that I can’t return the items and the customer service representative assured me that there should be no issue even if I have no tags, as long as I have the receipt. I went back inside and suggested to the manager, Ingrid, that if there is an issue, she should call customer service so we could sort things out. She didn’t even bother calling customer service after that, which makes me skeptical of her reasoning for not accepting the return in the first place. The regular associates were all lovely, friendly, and willing to work with me. The GM seemed to be the only one with a problem.

There was a mother in there who had two little boys running around that doesn't bother me, it was the going into the changing rooms to try on bras and having the little boy crawling under my door and staring at me with my chest exposed. I screamed to the mother to get her kid, no one did anything not even the mother. Then a sales associate knocked on my door, before I could even answer and turn around she unlocked and opened my door with another customer right behind her (mind you my chest is still out and completely exposed). Being violated is an understatement.

If i can give the store manager -stars i would , she was very rude and disrespectful, i walked in to exchange perfume i had bought two weeks ago, before the cashier could say anything the manager said she cant return it i asked her why she said it was open i told her it was the wrong bottle that her employee gave me, but the bottle wasnt used and the second bottle i have is closed . She started being loud talking rude and disrespectful in front of other customers, i asked her to show me on receipt why i cant return it and she wouldnt , she walked away and when i asked to exchanged the other bottle she didnt want to help me or have her associates help me. Then she turns to me and says im the store manager and i wont give u my name , when the cashier needed her help she yelled oh my god now what, very very unprofessional and rude discrimination against people she was the worst manger i feel bad for the people who work with her . No need for the behavior like that at work place

The workers are so rude and judgmental. Management or cooperate needs to do some firing are costumer training because my friends and I were shopping normally and they were following us around like we were stealing which we definitely weren’t. Victora’s secret is pricey so we were going to buy a piece unless we loved it. But they acted like we were criminals and always around us folding clothes that were already folded just to keep an eye on us which they didn’t. Anyways we paid to not look suspicious. But definitely never stepping foot in this Victoria’s Secret again. And discouraging everyone I come across to go either. I’m not the only one with this experience lookin go at other reviews. So if you want to feel like a criminal for just shopping come to this Victoria’s Secret but I promise you will be leaving feeling insecure and anxious for just being human.

I wish I could give this place a zero. My friends and I went in recently and the staff were rude and pushy. They were constantly hovering over us like we were going to do something which we weren't. We all bought stuff just so they didn't think we were up to no good. But they made our experience uncomfortable and made my friend very upset. They told us to be quiet and we weren't that loud we were just have a conversation and it was like late at night so no one was in the store. To be honest we don't know why they were rude to us. We weren't running around or throwing things or acting shady. We might have made a comment that something was too pricey but that victory secret overpriced. But still no way to treat customers 100% do not recommend this Victoria secret!!!

This is a small store and does not have a pink section. No biggie for me. Love their bras and underwear, they last a long time and keep their shape(when using recommended care of course). I love their rewards and coupons. Their sales are fantastic. And the best part that I don’t know of anywhere else does is I can charge to my account without having the actual card with me. Just use my ID. The sales teams are always friendly and helpful in all the stores I’ve shopped in, love the special treatment that‘s part of the core value VS has.
