I wish I could give this place a zero. My friends and I went in recently and the staff were rude and pushy. They were constantly hovering over us like we were going to do something which we weren't. We all bought stuff just so they didn't think we were up to no good. But they made our experience uncomfortable and made my friend very upset. They told us to be quiet and we weren't that loud we were just have a conversation and it was like late at night so no one was in the store. To be honest we don't know why they were rude to us. We weren't running around or throwing things or acting shady. We might have made a comment that something was too pricey but that victory secret overpriced. But still no way to treat customers 100% do not recommend this Victoria secret!!!

Terrible customer service. Be careful if you miss your receipt because they won't help you on any way. They prefer to mail me a gift card with a higher amount and let me keep the bras. I want to add to this that must of the crew working tonight had such really bad actitud. I understand you may be tire or winning to go home but nobody deserve treat like they did to me. When you go to a Store like this "Victoria's Secret" you have in your brain high class, exquisite, quality, excellence..... so honestly I was not expecting a treatment like that. And again just to make this very clear I was NOT ASKING FOR REFUND I was just willing to exchange with the right size to be able to ware it. Hope Corporation improve the customer on the stores because the lack of service is clear.

Horrible customer service by management. I would give a negative star if i could but unfortunately I had to put one star . The management does not deserve any stars . Management is not professional and I will not be back to this location again. The female employee was very friendly and was interrupted by the manager while doing her job. This employee has always been friendly everytime I shopped in this store . She should be promoted for the friendly service she provides. Absolutely ridiculous to be treated this way as a customer by the manager. Very upset. There are other pink and vs stores that treat you with respect and I will go the extra miles so I don’t have to put up with horrible service from the Estero location .

I was so disappointed bringing my daughter here today. (First off - 10 stars for their awesome employees that were so helpful). But…I mean, 38 is really the biggest bra size they have? I was a 38D as a 140lb/Size 6 high school girl. How do they not have more sizes? All I’ve heard is body inclusivity from their ads including large plus size women in pics in the store (awesome!!) - but my 12yr daughter could barely fit in any of the bras? Please do better VS/Pink.

Came here for after christmas sale, sale styles where very limited and there was a sign saying „buy 5 sale panties for $19.99“. I did so but at the checkout I payed around $25 plus tax. Asking the employees, the looked at my receipt and said I picked the wrong styles. I told them no, all from the sale basket. Then they quickly took down the sign and told me, that was an error, the promotion doesn‘t exist. Wow. That is creepy. I definitely won‘t return.

Assistant manager was inconsiderate of my wasted 15 minutes time and lied to me about store credit that did not make sense to me at all and said items weren't tagged that were never tagged so she couldn't do it. Her employee was kind and understandable - she took care of me earlier and because the register machine wasn't working, she and ast. Manager sent me to PINK. The PINK employees were kind and used my 15 minutes time to try to return my items but it had to go on merchandise card which I refused. They tried again but couldn't do it, so they sent me back to VS. I met the asst manager and asked me what happened at Pink, I said refund would have to go on store credit which I did not want. She said it would happen here too. I was puzzled. Then she looked at the items and said oh they don't have tags on. I said I didn't see the tags when I bought them from coastland mall. She still didn't accept them. Wow! Totally wasted my time! I wouldn't blame on employee, she was kind enough to accept them but the register machines had to be rebooted. But this asst. manager I do not like! She just didn't want to do it. So I drove all the way to Coastland mall in Naples where I got the items from. After employee did one click, I got them all returned back on my credit card.

I was stopped at the front of the store proceeded to tell me I had to wear a mask I said I'm coming in to buy a product for my wife to proceed to tell me I couldn't go in I'm boycotting against Victoria's secret they have no right your policy doesn't trump my right policy is for you as an employee not for you to force it on to American people I will never wear a mask I'll never get vaccinated but I will not have anyone violate my rights goodbye Victoria's secret
