i love these clothes, but the workers here were so terrible. my granddaughter and i visited, she was so excited for some new t-shirts, and there were barely any. once we went up to the register, the workers were talking amongst each other the whole time, treating us like cardboard. and once they did speak up, they insulted my granddaughter and gave her teasing looks. shes overweight, and extremely insecure about that. they asked us “are you sure this one will fit you? maybe and extra large?” are you serious!? we left and didnt buy anything. the car ride home she was crying. shame on your workers.

Love VV but this location, the employees were literally standing in the women’s clothes while I was trying to look at them. No other customers in the store!! They were talking to each other refusing to move. Ignoring the fact that I said “I’m looking for the women’s 3/4 zip” that they were standing in front of the entire time. Came in planning to buy one but they literally would not move. Was very frustrating and they clearly were not trained in customer service. Employees should be trained to either go to another area of the store, or converse behind the cash register. 😑

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager today. While I was at the register, the manager was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. Instead of helping, they were engrossed in a conversation about their hobbies and drinking, loudly discussing a party they attended last weekend. I was left waiting for about 3 to 5 minutes while they chatted away. Terrible customer service!
