Mary was wonderful. Not only was she very prompt at getting me my prescription. I nicked my arm and she promptly offered me first aid. Was very impressed. You need more employees like Mary.

Went to go pick up some gas relief drops for my newborn and the store is extremely clean and all the shelves were stocked very well and not messy at all. The lady at the front desk was nice and rang me up quick so I was in and out.

I just left this Walgreens location and I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Lilliam. She was working the drive thru window and she was really efficient and sweet. She also told me that she was going to see if she could find a coupon for my medication because it was so expensive. She saved me $35!!! Thanks Lilliam!!!

I was happy with what was available and the variety of items for purchase.. if you have a online account it really saves you quite a bit ( just don't forget to clip the coupons before shopping) the woman at checkout was polite and friendly.. they have more at this Walgreens than the one near Wiggins..I definitely recommend stopping by.

It has since been 3 weeks without my prescription. Refused to call my previous pharmacy to initiate transfer when I literally begged them to over the phone so I could receive my medication. When I told my previous pharmacy this they couldn’t believe it and offered to call them on my behalf. They told me they were on hold for half of a day and had sent the prescription information and promised it would be handled. A week later there’s still no prescription in the system. This location is unprofessional, lazy and the pharmacists don’t have basic conversational skills which makes communicating even more difficult.

The worst customer service EVER!!!!
The staff are over work, under love, under pay.
Every time we go this location on 41 they make you wait without comparison or care, we were today for example thinking we gonna be lucky, but no. The agent was packing prescriptions and we were outside in the drive thru and she said twice “someone will be with you” and nobody ever came. We left cuz it was so annoying to see the lack of care.
As of today we are not coming back and we will change our pharmacy as well.

Disrespectful, lacks compassion, yells your private business to other patients.
Makes more work for you just because she can. Despite what the doctor prescribes she comes up with all kinds of excuses that she needs to speak to her manager. I have been to the store twice and it has been a horrible experience I do not recommend it and they’re busy and can’t keep what they’re doing straight.

Pharmacy closes anytime they want without notifying the store. Came to store at 7:20pm, Pharmacy sign says they close at 9pm...Pharmacy was locked and shutters down. Front of store had no idea

The pharmacy is run poorly. We always call to try an avoid wasting time and any confusion before we pick up our meds. We are told on the phone when to pick up and when we get there the medication is never ready. This happens often which interferes with our work schedule. Very unprofessional!! Good service is so hard to find very sad!
