Unfortunately, I have to rate them the lowest option as they lied to our face about not having a necessary Rx for our baby that was prescribed by an ER Dr. but yet when we stayed asking them to phone other locations, and persisted; the tech left to speak to the Pharmacist and miraculously the Rx became in stock and available to us.

This pharmacy gave me the wrong person's prescription which is a major issue for legal reasons and HIPPA. Make sure you check the bottle before leaving the store. They also failed to fill my prescription that I take daily and I had to be off my medication for 5 days - when they finally filled it they had no explanation for why it wasn't filled, even after I had called every day and gone up to the store to personally ask them to fill it.

No wonder Walgreens rating keeps going down and CVS keeps going up! Get text my script is ready, head over to drive thru lane. 3 cars deep and still get to the window before closing time. No response and suddenly the No Pharmacist on duty window screens go up…. We’re closed! While we are at the window!

Walgreens by far has the worst service when you call the pharmacy and are put on hold. They will leave you on hold for over an hour …..several times. I’ve moved all my prescriptions over to CVS because of their horrible service when you need to speak with someone in the pharmacy. If I treated my customers like this I wouldn’t have any

I was happy with what was available and the variety of items for purchase.. if you have a online account it really saves you quite a bit ( just don't forget to clip the coupons before shopping) the woman at checkout was polite and friendly.. they have more at this Walgreens than the one near Wiggins..I definitely recommend stopping by.

I have waited all day for a simple prescription to be filled at Walgreen's store #9298 at 21950 S. Tamiami Trail located in Estero, Florida. I was on hold for more than an hour with 5 different calls to this Walgreen's and was disconnected three (3) times. Finally, I called the Store Manager and he didn't have a clue on how to help, which clearly shows how screwed up this store is managed. On my next call to the store manager he transferred me to the Pharmacy Manager who is too busy to answer her phone and has a thousand excuses why she cannot do her job. She does not know anything about customer service and serving the public. It is almost like talking to a government employee who is only there to take home a paycheck. I called the Walmart in Estero and they are pulling my prescription from Walgreen's and will have it filled shortly. WALGREEN'S IS MIS-MANAGED AND TOTALLY INCOMPENTENT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't go here for your prescription, they say they'll transfer it and the lazy workers never do and it makes everyone look bad if you aren't doing your job. How sad . Never going here again and neither should anyone.

I received exceptional guest service from Monica in the pharmacy and Dylan in the FedEx service area!!! Dylan went out of his way to help me with preparing my package for shipping. I will definitely go back to this location

The pharmacy is run poorly. We always call to try an avoid wasting time and any confusion before we pick up our meds. We are told on the phone when to pick up and when we get there the medication is never ready. This happens often which interferes with our work schedule. Very unprofessional!! Good service is so hard to find very sad!

I went in last Saturday to refill a prescription from Wisconsin that had three refills until 10/23. They told me they could not refill them without a new prescription. I spent a great deal of time on the phone. My doctor couldn’t understand it. They made it seem like my fault! Took over a week to get one and the other they said was too early to refill!
