“I called Fossil to inquire about a watch and its availability for shipping. Izzy answered my call and not only confirmed that the watch could be shipped, but also introduced me to the Remote Cart option, which made the entire purchasing process incredibly easy and convenient.
She promptly texted me the available options for the watch I was interested in and even offered to send additional photos if needed. Throughout the process, Izzy was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She responded to all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, making me feel confident in my purchase.
