I will like to offer my very positive review of Wells Fargo on Corkscrew Road in Estero I would like to specifically acknowledge a professional by the name of Gavin. I needed to complete a notarized form quickly before the Thanksgiving holiday, and I called the office and Gavin told me to come right in and he would help me out. His professionalism and kind demeanor were much appreciated.

I understand that stopping at 4:49 PM on a Friday isn’t the best time to go, but I needed to make a credit card payment. Mireya the old teller there could not have been more annoyed when I came in to make a credit card payment. It’s ridiculous how the employees get to dictate how someone conducts their personal banking. Someone needs to put newer and friendlier staff in these positions that deal with the public instead of tired and rude employees. This is my experience and my suggestion is to not bother coming in

I went to the branch to make a simple deposit into an account over which I had signatory authority. The teller, Odalys, told me that she couldn't do that. I thought, with today's computers, this woman cannot look up a bank account number. Astounding, given that Wells Fargo could open up thousands of fraudulent accounts. Anyway, a manager came to assist and instructed her how to use the computer. Who trained her? She was didn't even say goodbye when we left.

Called ahead, and was told it was "quote walk in only" then when I arrived I was told half hour wait. But as you can see here they have three desks, 4 of 5 offices empty and atleast two managers that are obviously not to busy to hang out in the remaining office. Then someone walked in while we were waiting and since they "had an appointment" they were helped immediately.But you just can't expect much from banks in 2022. They all are generally bad.

I only left this star to bring attention to my issue in hopes I get a response. I have recently moved to Italy and I have been trying to contact Wells Fargo with no luck. They have put a block on my card with no explanation as to why. I use the international code but it doesn’t even register it as a phone number and when I call the number on my card it says I’m not allowed to. I don’t even have the option of emailing.
