I recently went on last-minute girl trip to Florida, but did not bring any appropriate attire to go out at night. I was about to give up, when I came across Windsor. I was not only able to find some nice, fun dresses, but also other garments that just became my favorite go-tos for work. The staff was extremely attentive and had no issues hunting down my size. Wish I had a Windsor nearby!

beat location hands down! fernanda and sasha are outstanding girls very helpful and know the best ways to style helped me find a cute outfit for a girls night out!

This store is considerably big compared to other Windsors in the area. Not a lot of selection. The attendants were very inattentive, almost rude really. , they speak to you from across the store. Quite the opposite vibe considering this is located in coconut point. Disappointing experience.

Selection is nice, price is good, employees are rude and bossy. Need seating at least 1-2 chairs.

The clothing was very cute, flattering, and affordable. The staff was outstanding. They helped me style outfits and did an amazing job. They were friendly. I am from out of town and they helped me like I was one of their own friends. I will definitely come back. They are the best!!!

The absolute worst manager I have ever experienced. My goodness. She is so rude, yelled at me as a customer when asking genuine questions about products. Never going to that store ever again. Highly recommend doing the same.

Coconut Point Windsor has a great variety of fashionable and affordable items. The staff in the store are always extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you. I always return to the store.

With so many events happening with friends and family, Windsor is my place to come for all occasions, Sossy, the store manager and her team is just incredible in her fashion knowledge and always does a great job, helping me get what I need to look and feel great. Thank you Sossy!

I usually go to the Windsor in naples but the one at coconut was close this time, and I regret going, the manager Ava or Eva was very rude, made my bf and my self feel uncomfortable, I was returning a dress and she kept rolling her eyes and breathing hard, acting all frustrated and the other girl name Karen was not dress appropriately for the place/job, she was very rude when guiding where the fitting room was and closed the door very rudely after showing. They did not seem too happy working there, at the end I couldn’t do the return so I exchange for some new outfits, which I was very satisfied with but the customer service was terrible specially the manager, there was no manners, I’m not sure why she is the manager.PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
