They installed windshield wipers on my vehicle fell off during a rain storm while I was driving on a highway and scratched my windshield to hell the girl who installed them answered the phone and said no refunds and come in and buy another set now my windshield is scratched and I got no windshield wipers

I needed a rear wiper blade. When greeted at the door, I asked where the wiper blades were. She said isle 3, then asked for my vehicle info, and said I needed a 16” blade. She walked with me telling this is the best, this one has the best value, etc. I purchased the best, then goes to my car and installs it, throwing the old wiper and the packaging away for me. Frankly, I don’t know of any way she could have made my experience more positive. Yeah, AutoZone just became my new auto parts store.

This was the AutoZone next to 7-Eleven, I’ve always had a good experience there, but I had the best one yet today. I was very well taken care of.. Management was very professional if im not mistaken She said it was her first day at that store and she did one hell of a job. I’m not so big on compliments, but this was a person who knew her job and did it well. this was good old-fashioned customer service that you do not get any more anywhere!

Must recommend this store because I had an exceptional customer service encounter with a young man. Thank you to Howard Gorvin (jr). He is cut apart from your average salesman. He went out of his way to find what I needed and was so pleasant about it. I hope he knows customers appreciate him because today everyone is so insensitive and like robots at register. Bravo to Auto Zone for having him in store. I will return to auto zone ?

I'm flushing my coolant system on my ram 1500 so stop in here at AutoZone and grab all the things I needed at a good variety to choose from so wanted to say I appreciate it guys and I appreciate the 20% discount. I also have them with the computer to my truck just to make sure everything was running smooth they had me hooked up and printed out in about 5 minutes so I appreciate that guys.

Where is Tina?!?! She was not only the best delivery driver ever, but always with a smile on her face and-most importantly!- she always delivered the correct parts!!! Bring Tina back to Eustis’s 19 store please!!! That store has also lost Suzanne and Laney, and those three were quite literally the DREAM TEAM!!!!!

Like this place for the people that work there and because I use KN&N parts and usually they always have my stuff if they don’t they will order it and usually it’s the same day or next day and they will do whatever they can to help you with your problems

I love that this store is right around the corner from me, only 5 minutes away. I went there the other day to buy a part for a car that I recently purchased and was able to get excellent service from Nathan. He was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The store was very clean and nice looking. Excellent experience. Never had a bad experience at this store or any AutoZone store.
