I love Bay Pharmacy! I have several compounded pet prescriptions filled there and feel very fortunate to have a local pharmacy that can make liquid and transdermal medications for easier administration to animals. They also have a great gift shop section with cute and unique items. A great place to look for stocking stuffers at Christmas time.

I like the idea of this pharmacy.
The people are extra slow. No urgency.
Been waiting for my prescription to be filled since 2:00 pm yesterday. I called this morning to check status and the woman who answered the phone was rude and cut me off and sent me immediately to some hold message.
I am waiting on pain medicine for my throat.
I find this unacceptable.
Also, the lobby smells like piss.
I have had good experiences here, hut this time I have to say , I am very disappointed ☹️

Bay Pharmacy is top notch!! I highly recommend it. CVS was useless when I needed a good inhaler, even tho I had a prescription for it. The staff there is very nice, polite, and so helpful.
