The store is setup differently than any big lots I've been to. And not in a good way. All the furniture is in the middle of the store, meaning you need to circumnavigate the store to get what you need. And it increases shopping time.

My Brother and I went to the Eustis, Florida store yesterday to look at beds. We asked Liz to help us and she was great! Even when we were interrupted by another customer, Liz remained professional. She knows her stuff and we wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves. I hope she gets a raise because she sure is worthy of it. I will be sure to ask for her for any future visits. Liz is the best! People are always quick to complain, so I wanted to be quick to compliment.
