I am with the ACP program and am to be able to get a free phone with my service due to being 100%disabled and a veteran. Between the Eustis,store and the Tavares,,store keep giving me the run around for the last month and a half. Telling me a manager has to do it but there is never a manager so I guess it will never get done, ATLEAST NOT THRU THEM

I’d stay away from this place unless you wanna get scammed… girl says if anything is wrong we have so many hours to bring it back. Brought them back the next day and they refused to refund me. Then say they will give me my activation fee but not the $100 monthly bill. Girl even lied to her supervisor right in front of me on the phone. She stayed on the phone the whole time with her friend instead of answering our questions and this confusion would never have happened.

I had a great experience with AJ at Boost today! He was very friendly and super helpful! I felt he treated me as he would his mother! I am very technically challenged and he put me at ease. Thou I was unable to switch phones because my new/used phone had not been unlocked by AT&T, AJ set me on the path do do that. I will be coming back to your store.Your store was quite busy and Angie was working by herself. She was very friendly and very efficient! AJ came in to help and the line moved very fast!

They refused to give my $100 when I had my phone for less then 24 hours and I didn’t like it ,and it wasnt linked all the way. So,they gave me my activation fee which was $75 but,corporate told me that I can get the $100 back in store if it’s cash.

Just gave my phone back and they refused a refund after giving us a verbal agreement yesterday that we could return the phones and get our money back. Yeah we could return what we want, but they won’t give us our money back. Poor customer service

Boost is a nice company but locations like this give it a bad name. Girl spends more on the phone FaceTiming friends then working.
