I can definitely see why BK is struggling. The new renovations are nice, the employees were very nice, but the onion rings looked like fried calamari. I'm not sure if they were burned or were sitting under a heat lamp for hours. At least our original chicken sandwiches were fresh. It's been a few years since I've been to a Burger King -- 2 in my area shut down -- and the quality of the food has not improved, even with a nice new building.

Brand new building, and its all down hill from there. Slowest moving creature on earth working the register. Attitude just waiting to explode. Not a single napkin holder in the place. You have to go back to the counter and wait, just like the customer before you and after you….

Absolutely horrible service. Extremely slow and the food was horrible. I sat in the drive-thru for about 15 mins alone for my food to not be right. I went inside to try to correct and there is a building full of employees, so why were they so slow was my immediate question. The woman at the front counter had a very nasty attitude; extremely rude. The only nice employees was the guy in the drive-thru (although he moved VERY SLOW) and a young man who was on the line, cooking. He came out to use the restroom and he was the only one who came out with a smile and apologized for the delay. He said he would have jumped on the front counter, but he didn’t know how to work the computer (don’t know if that’s true or not). Everything about today’s visit was bad, just bad. I will not be returning… ever.

Just not a good location, bad service all around, from taking the order to making it to bagging it was all really bad. 2 lanes is a mistake as both have seperate employees where one was too busy to take orders and had one lane going 2 and 3 cars per one in the other. No napkins no sauce after asking and had to pull up and wait in a parking space for only a whopper jr

They may have remodeled the building, but the service still sucks. Drive thru is supposed to be fast, yet you still sit at the order board 10mins before u get attached and then u wait forever to get the food at the window ?♀️

Not even organized chaos. I doubt that anyone knows what the other person is doing at this location. I ordered 8 "chicken fries" and a drink and it took near 20 minutes to get my food. Numerous other orders which were placed after I had ordered were brought out ahead of mine. There was a couple that had ordered before me and had to sit through the same ordeal. When I finally received my order and sat to eat, the "chicken fries" were cold and rubbery. I'm not sure what Burger King has going on, but if this store is typical of what's going on corporation wide, they may as well throw in the towel and fold up shop immediately! This was the absolute poorest visit that I've experienced at any Burger King. I will take my business elsewhere or starve before I patronize another Burger King location.
