“Went to Office Depot 4 minutes before they closed because I needed to print something immediately that was very time sensitive. I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. The worker named Jose really really went above and beyond to help me out. I have never appreciated customer service like that before in my life and I am in the customer service business myself. I sincerely hope his boss reads this and gives him a huge reward. Thank you again!!!”

“I purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude E5570 with my previous hard drive data transfer. This was on 01/31/2022. This Dell has been 100% exceptional in everything I do, which includes previous LCSO reports. I am 100% satisfied and will be going back to further upgrade into the Windows 11 platform with another Dell Latitude series lap top.
