If I could give zero stars I got a vehicle from here and two days after owning it the radiator blew. They tried to tell me that a rock went up into it and broke it cost me 501$. Then a week after I was having clunking noises coming from the vehicle and took it back I originally wanted to just return the vehicle and get my money back but the owner jack said no and if I wanted to take it to court I would lose so I stuck with it because we came to an agreement that he would pay for labor and then I would just have to buy the parts. A little after that my engine mount went bad and he said he would fix that to which was great but I bought this warranty from them proguard and ammco the place that excepted the warranty told me that I needed a new transmission along with engine Mount and spark plugs. I went back to elite and they said ammco was lying now down the road my vehicle still clunks and my transmission blew. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SCREWED. AND NOT TO MENTION THIS ALL HAPPENED FROM JULY

I've had been looking for a truck for weeks, I got in contact with them and Jose the salesperson did his best to get me a good truck, he went beyond to help me out with everything. Jack the owner said there was an issue with the ac, but he fixed it right away..Thanks to both for the great service ??

Bought an suv. Transmission died two weeks later. Tried to show them proof from an actual shop that it was and they wouldn’t offer any money at all back. Constantly replacing parts ever since I bought the vehicle and all they will cover is labor even though it overheated 2 days after buying it. Don’t come here at all not even to look. They will just sell you a vehicle from auction and it will need a bunch of maintenance. I only bought a 9year old vehicle it shouldn’t break 5 parts within a month! Stay away I would never recommend this place to anyone. About everything needs breaks and tires and so much more! 3 payments in and the transmission died! Stay away.

First of I won't say anything bad about the staff except the guy who sold me the car which no longer works there anymore.. BUT PLEASE I REPEAT DONT BUY A CAR FROM ELITE I CAME FROM ANOTHER STATE TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THERE NOW IM STUCK WITH A CAR THE TRANSMISSION IS GONE OUT COMPLETELY AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE CAR NOTE NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE EVERYONE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS CAR DEALERSHIP YOU PROBABLY WILL PURCHASE A LEMON

They need a bigger place! Everyone from the mechanics to the sales people in the office were friendly and knowledgable. Lots of interesting nice used cars to look at. I wasnt buying that day but if I was looking for a good used car, I'd be sure to stop and talk.

We bought a Nissan for my honey she was driving it home from the dealer Elite Florida cars. On the way home a bracket on the engine broke. The car broke down. I called them back they came and towed the car back to the dealership. So this isn't as bad as it sounds. They took the car back to the dealership. About a week later they offered us a Mitsubishi mirage it had 60k less miles and is 3 years newer. We could've got the Nissan with a newer engine, the bracket that broke was actually part of the engine block they couldn't weld it or fix it. So all in all things went quite well. The finance manager is great to work with the sales folks were very good as well. All in all Jose gets an A Genesis gets an A as well. Jack the owner I'll give a B+. They helped us and got us into a better car. Thanks to all of you.
